I booked the Superior Room. It was really spacious with high ceilings and good sky light coming in from two large windows. The curtains were electronically operated. The bed was large and comfy and the mini bar was well stacked. The staff was young, friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive. I loved that we had the option to receive breakfast in bed for a 5 EURO service charge - very convenient for the days you want to sleep in and shower late. The location is absolutely perfect. It is right opposite the King’s palace and bang in the centre of the city with many good restaurants, cafes and boutiques around.

Pooja

perfect location, in the city’s Royal quarter directly on the shopping street The building and the vaults are an added bonus to this stylish and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to your preference à la carte and a few other options à la carte included in the price (I must admit that I missed bacon and beans, personal treat on holiday)

Kerry

Great location, very central not far from the train stations and not too busy or noisy. The room was very clean and the staff really pleasant and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights and my mother is in a wheelchair so they gave us an accessible room which had some well thought out features eg large wet room and an alarm. Also the complimentary coffee etc was lovely.

The location and decoration of the hotel is pretty nice. Also, the staff understood your necessity to make early check in and maked it possible. Further, we stayed in the hotel for celebrate your marriage and the hotel provided us a bottle of champagne, a lovely card and flowers in the bed. The breakfast is pretty nice with many options.

Thais

The day staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags before and after our stay no problem. The room we stayed in was amazing. Large comfortable bed, very pleasant decor, and a shower to die for. The whole hotel had been renovated very sympathetically.
